MSPays provides digital and service-based products. Once a service is successfully processed, no refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances. All transactions are final.

If any rare case of incorrect deduction, technical failure, or service error is reported, the issue will be reviewed. Refunds will be initiated only after proper investigation and verification as per our internal process.
